LEV Testing

We provide full LEV testing of all types of extraction systems, we can test any system regardless of initial supplier, we also can enter into a service agreement that on a yearly basis we service the systems, make recommendations if required and finally provide a full LEV report for your COSHH records.

Our service engineers are qualified electrical engineers and can test operation and function of all types of control panels on original systems.

Should the service report indicate that filters or any other part of the dust collector is required to be replaced we can provide such a service.

We have in stock at most times spare filters for many manufactures, Donaldson Torit, Dantherm/Airmaster, DEI, Spencer Halstead, and Heaton Green; also we carry spare consumable parts such as eccentrics, diaphragms, and linkage and control panels.

Our services engineers are available on call 7 days per week 52 weeks in the year; on occasion we can supply temporary extraction should a serious breakdown occur.
